“Goals: Lose weight, tone muscles and learn to make better food choices”

    Carissa entered TriMax looking to lose weight and get her body back in shape.  She attended FitBody Bootcamp sessions between four and five times a week and followed a personalized nutrition plan to help her achieve optimal success in the six week challenge.  She achieved her goals and is maintaining what she learned today.
