I love running, but…

This is article is interesting.  I started as a runner.  However, after I started lifting at age 45, I saw how my fitness level and body changed for the better – I never looked back.  I do run, but only for controlled cardio.  Right now I really like HIIT (high intensity interval training) for 30 minutes max or Bootcamp workouts for my cardio.  Short and sweet and I get the post workout metabolic calorie burn.   – Dianna
